When we decided to sell our home in Austin we were very fortunate to stumble across Rebecca Stoklosa and her team. From the beginning we stressed how communication was key especially since we did not reside in Austin. Rebecca took the time to educate us on the process of home selling and did not sugar coat any details. She was open and honest the entire step of the way and always found the time to communicate with us. I believe their take on Marketing sets them apart from any other Realty team in Austin. Pictures are taken seriously and they have associated themselves with a fantastic photographer that really highlights everything you want to advertise in a home you are trying to sell. We would not have been this successful selling our home had we decided to go with a different team. Let me start by saying that I’ve never encountered the real estate agent like Rebecca Stoklosa. Superlative would be an understatement. But I think what stands out to me the most, is that she is not really trying to sell you anything… More acting as a consultant or expert who you can lean on for legitimate knowledge and accurate opinions. I came in last year from out of town to purchase a couple of investment properties in Austin. I had purchased some investment properties in the past, so I had some idea of what I was doing… This made Rebecca’s performance even more impressive to me. We looked at a million houses in a short time, she had a real understanding of the area, and when we got into contract she was absolutely great during the transactions. Again, it just sounds corny, but I have never encountered anybody this good in real estate as an agent… I feel extremely fortunate to have found her and to have benefited from her help. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family, and anyone for that matter who is seeking top-quality representation.

They helped clarify each step of the process, answering any questions we had and helping us navigate the Austin’s stressful market. When we looked at a house, Rebecca would step back to allow us to come to our own opinions about the place, but she was swift to come in and offer her own perspective whenever we asked her. They both work really hard for their clients, and when we were unable to see a house right away one of them would scope out the house and neighborhood for us and report back. When the time came when we wanted to make an offer, they advocated for us really strongly and successfully. Throughout the entire process, they were both friendly and professional. WOW!!! From the initial phone conversation, to the unheard of 6 hour closing, Rebecca was a champion for my wife and I. Rebecca and her team were wonderful to work with during our home buying process in Austin. I began working with Rebecca while still living in California – months before we made the move. We were starting from scratch and didn’t know the Austin area at all. She really helped us learn about the various areas of Austin so we could narrow down our search. She even mapped out driving tours for us during a couple scouting trips. She was always amazingly responsive to any email, phone call or text whether it was day, evening or weekend. I am a first time home buyer and I cannot even remember how I lucked into finding Rebecca and the Eleven Oaks team. I think it was a Google search, but whatever way it was I am extremely glad I found them. Rebecca made my move from Utah to Texas so much better. She was ready to work with me to see houses on the weekend I could get down here. My wife and I are contemplating moving our family from out of state to Austin. We didn’t know any realtors there so we searched the internet for someone who could guide us through the process. We found Rebecca and I’m so glad we did. We had numerous conversations and emails with her about our goals and concerns. She provided information about, houses, neighborhoods, schools, jobs, traffic, utility bills etc. We visited Austin to get a feel for the city and Rebecca showed us numerous houses and neighborhoods. Rebecca helped us tremendously with our first home buying experience and she made finding and purchasing our home simple (as home buying can be). She was always available to answer any questions we had (and have still!). When we first started looking, we didn’t really know what we wanted. Location was pretty much half of Austin and our price range was similarly undefined. She was extremely patient with us and slowly helped us narrow our search. Over time, she scheduled and arranged visits to various homes we found throughout the months, visiting them with us to hear (and make note of) our feedback and provide input on various things. Eventually we found a house we liked and Rebecca not only helped us place an offer, get it inspected, etc. But she was right there with us each time we needed to meet with someone she scheduled (inspector, builder, builder’s agent, etc.), right down to the final closing meeting. When we’re looking for a house again (or selling), she’ll be getting a phone call from us.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca! We first met in 2012 when Rebecca helped us buy our first home. I had heard the home buying process was stressful, but Rebecca helped us through every step and made the entire process seamless and stress free. She was always available for questions and great at educating us on every aspect of buying a home. She even stayed in close contact with our mortgage provider to ensure the loan process moved along smoothly. When it came time to sell our home, it was a no-brainer that we’d be using Rebecca again. We relocated to the DFW area in 2014 and needed to sell our home fairly quickly. Rebecca was so on top of everything! Her marketing strategy was on point and the process again smooth and stress free. The team was in constant contact with us via email, phone and in person. We never feel like we were left with questions and they are always available to put in extra time to explain anything that is unclear to us. (We spent multiple hours going through the contract, line by line, so we felt comfortable about what we were doing). Looking back, buying our first home was easier than it should be. We’ve learned so much about buying a home. We are busy professionals with little time to shop on our own. It was this consultation where my husband and I decided to work with them. Our first impressions were, they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. As we viewed each house, we talked about it as investment and the potential for resale.
They also previewed each and every house before showing us. If they saw something they thought we wouldn’t like they would ask us and we would politely decline viewing the house for ourselves. Raymond was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were new to the area, and he helped us figure out where we wanted to live, and what kind of home was right for our lifestyle and budget. The entire process went smoothly, and Raymond went well above my expectations for what a buyers agent would do. I never thought doing a real estate transaction could actually be fun, but it was. There are tons of real estate agents out there, but there are precious few with the experience and diligence that Raymond brings to the table. I completely lucked out by finding Chris and Rebecca when searching for a home in Austin. I was living in New York City and wasn’t quite sure what neighborhoods I could afford or what I even wanted to be honest. While I was in New York, Rebecca and Chris took the time to video houses and edit them and send them to me via email so that I could virtually look at the homes and bid on them from thousands of miles away. They were both very knowledgeable, give great unbiased advice, and will not pressure you into making any decisions. I spent over 2 years looking for the right house and Rebecca gladly looked at and took video of over 20-30 houses for me. When I finally got an offer accepted, Rebecca made the process a breeze and walked me through all the paperwork step by step. The process was completely smooth and she is not afraid to stand up for you in the negotiation process. If I’m ever in the market again, I plan on using them and highly recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to buy in Austin. On another note, I was highly impressed with the technology capabilities of Rebecca and Chris. They did everything for me digitally so there was never a ton of paperwork to deal with.
