Ranch at Brushy Creek
The Ranch at Brushy Creek is one of Cedar Park’s biggest and most desirable neighborhoods. Building started in 2005 and hasn’t stopped since. The developer took advantage of the beauty of the area and built a park around the 60 acre lake, Brushy Creek Lake Park, for residents to enjoy. You’ll also find a Junior Olympic size community pool, toddler pool with water feature, hike and bike trails, covered pavilion and sidewalks, where you’ll probably meet a lot of your neighbors. Homes in the Ranch at Brushy Creek are built by some of the areas best builders and you’ll find a lot of high end finishes you’d expect in a much more expensive house. Twin Creeks Country Club
Twin Creeks Country Club is the 760 acre neighborhood that surrounds the actual Twin Creeks Country Club and is a popular choice among residents who enjoy golf or who are looking for a more Hill Country feel. Sitting on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and Balcones Canyonland Preserve, some sections of the neighborhood have sweeping views, others back to the golf course and others have more privacy and back to greenbelt. Amenities include a resort style zero-entry pool, water park, tennis courts, walking trails and dining facilities. Twin Creeks Country Club is the place for you if you’re looking for a true country club experience. For more info and to search homes for sale, visit our Twin Creeks Country Club Neighborhood Guide.

Cypress Canyon
Cypress Canyon, as the name suggests, sits atop a canyon, which provides some beautiful views for many of the homes. Though still truly a suburban feel, Cypress Canyon is the ideal choice for someone who likes to feel more in nature, but doesn’t want to give up the two large community pools, pool house, park and playscape and sport courts that you’ll find in master planned communities. Many of the homes have stone exteriors, which give them a more luxurious look. Inside, you’ll find gourmet kitchens with two story family rooms, granite counters and plenty of natural light. Ranch at Deer Creek
Ranch at Deer Creek got it’s name for the deer that are often seen grazing in the open spaces of the neighborhood, giving the neighborhood a more “country” feel amidst it’s suburban surroundings. The developer did a great job at keeping as many of the mature trees as possible, so even though you’ll find open floor plans, two story family rooms, granite counters and stainless steel appliances that you’d find in a newer community, you won’t sacrifice the beauty of a more established neighborhood. Bella Vista
Bella Vista is one of the smaller neighborhoods on our list and has a more Tuscan feel, rather than the Hill Country feel from you’ll get in most of the other neighborhoods. Many of the homes sit on large, 65-100 foot wide lots, making it one of the more spacious neighborhoods. Residents also enjoy the community pool and playground, which is not packed like most other communities. Bella Vista has a true, upscale feel without the upscale price.
