Built in the mid 1980s, Bonita Vista is one of Buda’s earliest neighborhoods. Homes sit on large, 1/3 acre lots, and lots often feel bigger than that because homes are all around 1,500-1,750 sq ft. Located within walking distance to downtown Buda, Bonita Vista residents get the best of both worlds – a little extra space and convenience. Being one of the earlier neighborhoods, trees and vegetation has had a chance to mature, so you’ll see tree lined streets and more private yards. Oddly, only about half the homes have garages, which is unusual for homes this age, so you’ll see cars parked in driveways and on the street. And, the neighborhood is not in a mandatory HOA, so you’ll have more flexibility with what you can do with your home and property.
