Stonefield is a planned community built by Lennar Homes and was completed in 2020. Stonefield is known for its 12 acres of hike and bike trails, 14 acre community park and is one of the few Buda neighborhoods with its own dog park. Walking around the neighborhood, you’ll also see parks and ponds, making it pretty unique, especially for homes in this affordable price range. As for the homes, you can expect homes sized from 1,418-2,180 sqft with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 bathrooms.
