Creekview was built by DR Horton from 2007-2013 and is one of Cedar Park’s most desirable neighborhoods. With 250 homes, Creekview is a decent sized neighborhood without being overwhelming. Homes range from 1,508-3,639 square feet, with the average size being 2,218 and lots range from 0.12-0.366 acres, with the average size being 0.148 acres. Outside you can expect brick or stone facades and composition shingle gable roofs. The yards are well kept and many of them have mature trees. Inside, you can expect something in more original condition, which is still pretty updated with granite counters, neutral paint and carpet and stainless steel appliances to something that’s had some updates made to it with higher end appliances, light fixtures, paint and flooring. Though not on-site, schools are super convenient to Creekview with all of them (elementary, middle and high) located less than a mile from the neighborhood. And, given they are all highly rated, it’s an even bigger draw for someone who is looking to use the schools. Residents enjoy access to a community center with swimming pool, pavilion and playscape and comes with mandatory HOA membership which runs around $52/month as of October 2022. For those who want something a little bigger, Brushy Creek Lake Park complete with fishing pier, picnic areas, playgrounds, splashpad, volleyball courts and 2.7 miles of trails, is only a few minutes away.
