Cross Creek is a small neighborhood located at the northwest corner of Cedar Park off 1431 at Buck Run. Known for its mature landscaping and large, 1/3 acre lots, Cross Creek residents like the idea of being in a neighborhood but don’t want to be on top of their neighbors. Built in the early 2000s by Streetman Homes, Cross Creek is unique in that is has no HOA which means no additional monthly fees you have to worry about. And, there are no sidewalks, which really gives it a more rural feel. The neighborhood is located in the ETJ, outside Cedar Park city limits making taxes low compared to homes located in the city limits. Homes range in size from 1,431-3,700 sqft and have tall ceilings, large kitchens and many have front porches. Floor plans are open, but not the one room open concepts you see today. You see more half walls and pillars, so spaces are more defined. Cross Creek is ideal for someone who wants a newer house in a smaller neighborhood and who doesn’t care about community pools, parks and picnic areas.
