Cedar Park’s Crossing at Carriage Hills neighborhood is one of the city’s highly sought after neighborhoods because of its affordability. Built from 1995-2000 by KB Homes and DR Horton Homes, you’ll see many brick and stone homes with composition roofs, which was a very common style for this time period. Homes range in size from 1,056-3,948 square feet, with an average size of 1,905 and sit on lots that range from 0.12-0.62 acres, with an average size of 0.186 acres. Many of the floor plans have a kitchen that opens to the family room, giving them that open concept feel while still keeping some structure to the rest of the rooms that make up the living area. Kitchens are on the smaller side, but certainly provide enough space to prepare meals. Homeowners have taken care of their homes over the years and many have well maintained yards and exterior appearances. Inside, a lot of the houses have been updated to meet the standards of today’s buyers. And, with mature trees, many of the lots are shaded and visually appealing. Residents enjoy access to a community park and pool located at 1100 N Lakeline Blvd. If you’re looking for affordability but don’t want to sacrifice amenities and location, Crossing at Carriage Hills is a great place to start your search.
