Cypress Bend was built in the early-mid 1990s, making it one of Cedar Park’s more established neighborhoods. Streets are tree lined and have sidewalks on both sides, making it a great place to take a walk after dinner. Homes range from 1,443-3,562 sqft, with an average size of 2,209 sqft and lots range from 0.12-0.55 acres, with an average size of 0.194 acres. Homes do sit a little closer to the street than neighborhoods of this time period, but do have a little more space between homes. Outside you’ll see mostly brick homes with some stone homes here and there. Most of the homes are well kept with some landscaping in addition to grass and one tree. Cypress Bend is located within walking distance of Milburn Park, residents can enjoy soccer fields, tennis courts, baseball field, covered pavilion and a pool without the cost of an HOA since this park is a public park. Cypress Bend does have an HOA, but membership is voluntary. If you’re looking for value in Cedar Park, Cypress Bend is a great place to start your search.
