Edgewater is a gated, lock-and-leave community in north Cedar Park built by Brohn Homes. Homes range in size from 1,300-3,200 sqft and sit on small lots, averaging about 0.1 acres. Inside, you can expect a more modern finish out with wood look tile, Quartz counters and grey and white paint, while the outsides keep to a more traditional look with composition shingle roofs and stone/stucco facades. Towards the end of construction, they did incorporate a more modern leaning style to their exteriors, with more stucco or siding and more angled roofs. Most of the floor plans have open layouts, making entertaining or spending time with family convenient. The HOA takes care of the landscaping and lawn service, making this an ideal place for someone who has no interest in maintaining the yard. Residents also have access to an amenity center with pool and lap lane, bocce ball, fire pit and lounge are planned for the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a newer home with a yard but don’t want to maintain it, or a genuine “lock-and-leave” community in Cedar Park, Edgewater is a great place to start your search.
