Quest Village is an established neighborhood built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s by popular Austin builder, Milburn (now DR Horton). Quest Village is one of Cedar Park’s most affordable neighborhoods with highly rated schools, which has kept the neighborhood in high demand. Homes are a modest size, with the largest being about 2,400 sq ft and the smallest around 1,432 sq ft and are built from brick or stone. You’ll find a mix of one and two story homes, with the larger floor plans being two stories and smaller floor plans being one stories, which keeps the distance between houses at a more acceptable level. Streets are lined with mature trees providing shade to both home owners enjoying time outside and residents walking the neighborhood, which can make a big difference during the summer months. The east side of the neighborhood does back directly to 183A, so if you’re highly sensitive to noise, it’s best to choose a home on the west side of Quest Village. Residents enjoy the convenience of the shopping, restaurants and movie theater at 1890 Ranch shopping center as well as the proximity to Cedar Park’s Costco store. If you’re looking for good schools in an established, well kept neighborhood, Quest Village is one of your best choices in Cedar Park. Scroll Down to Read Our Quest Village Neighborhood Guide.
