Riviera Springs is conveniently located just north of Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park. The majority of the homes were built in the mid 1970s, so you’ll find wood burning fireplaces, wood ceiling beams, floor plans with room separation and quarter acre lots. You will also find homes built in the mid 1980s, mid 1990s, mid 2000s and early 2010s, so there really is no standard in terms of architectural styles or features in Riviera Springs. Homes range in size from 1,005-3,248 square feet with the average size 1,659 square feet. Location is another big draw, located just north of Lakeline Blvd and west of 183A, making it super convenient for someone who needs to commute. There is no HOA in Riviera Springs and despite the lack of oversight, homes are very well kept and maintained. So, if you’re looking for a neighborhood without an HOA, but don’t want to look at your neighbors clutter, Riviera Springs might be the place where you can do just that. Residents are also drawn to the mature trees, convenient location and highly rated Round Rock ISD. If you’re looking for an established neighborhood in the Westwood High School district that won’t break the bank, Riviera Springs is a great place to start your search.
