Silverstone is an established neighborhood off Bagdad Road right across from Carriage Hills built in the late 1970s to early 1980s. There is no HOA in Silverstone, making it a draw for someone looking to avoid the additional oversight. Silverstone homes range in size from 1,186-3,064 square feet with the average being 1,687 square feet and lots range from 0.34-1.06 acres, with the average being 0.539 acres. Many Silverstone homes have been remodeled, but have kept with the same architectural style of the house, so you’ll see a lot of ceiling beams, large windows and some have even opened up the floor plans to have the kitchen open to the family room. The original homes have smaller, galley kitchens that are not open. Some lots are wooded with mature trees and others are more open. Silverstone is unique in that it has two streets coming off Bagdad Road that are not connected. So you have to go back out to Bagdad Road to get to the other side of the neighborhood. Not the only neighborhood designed like this, but certainly rare for Cedar Park. It’s something to think about for someone with pets or kids who would rather they be on an interior, neighborhood street. If you’re looking for character and are looking for a large lot in a non-HOA neighborhood, Silverstone is a great place to start your search. Scroll Down to Read our Silverstone Neighborhood Guide.
