Walsh Trails is a small neighborhood located in Cedar Park that feeds to Round Rock ISD schools. Walsh Trails began construction in 2007 and was built out in 2014. Builders included David Weekley, Gehan Homes, Wilshire Homes and Homes by AVI. Walsh Trails homes range in size from 1,827-4,132 square feet, with an average size of 2,880 square feet. Lots range from 0.137-0.443 acres, with an average size of 0.189 acres. Many of the homes have 3 car garages, making Walsh Trails a go to spot for someone who needs more storage or parking. Inside you can expect everything from homes in original condition to homes that have been updated to some degree. Two story floor plans do often have grand, two story entrances and living areas, giving them an upscale feel. Kitchens are on the larger side when you compare homes in this size range and often open to the family room, giving a semi-open concept. Walsh Trails homes are very well kept and have a great curb appeal. There is an HOA in Walsh Trails, but they do not maintain amenities, which means dues are low. But, residents still have access to many outdoor amenities nearby. Brushy Creek Lake Park, located directly across the street from Walsh Trails, has a pool, sports courts, skate board park, splash pad, volleyball court and picnic areas. Walsh Trails residents also enjoy easy access to 183A, 35, Parmer Lane and 620 so wherever you need to commute is only minute away.
