Circle C is the closest master planned community to Downtown Austin and is located off MoPac beginning at about Slaughter Lane to Highway 45. Circle C was first developed in the mid 1980s and development continues today, though only a few neighborhoods have new home sites available. Full build out is expected to be complete in 2012.

Though a large geographical area, Circle C can be broken down into several smaller pocket neighborhoods. Breaking up Circle C into smaller neighborhoods will help you find the area of Circle C you like the most.
Directions to Circle C Neighborhoods
From Downtown Austin, head south on MoPac until it turns into a highway with stoplights. At the first stoplight, which should be Slaughter Lane, make a right for the Northern Circle C neighborhoods. If you’re going to one of the Southern Circle C neighborhoods, you can stay on MoPac until it turns into Highway 45. Muirfield, Circle C Ranch and Circle C West – Hielscher can all be accessed from Highway 45. To tour Wildflower Park, stay on MoPac and make a left on La Crosse Ave.
The main east-west thoroughfares through Circle C are Slaughter Lane, La Crosse Ave and Highway 45. The main north-south thoroughfares are MoPac, Escarpment Blvd and F.M. 1826.
