What sets Milago apart from other Downtown Condos, is its idyllic location. Situated on the banks of Lady Bird Lake and in the heart of the Rainey Street District, no other complex can match the mix of Downtown conveniences with green space seclusion. Residents are just steps away from the 10-mile hike and bike trail around Lady Bird and because of the park-like surroundings, Milago is an extremely pet friendly complex. Milago Walkability
The Milago Condos may not be in the most centralized location in Downtown Austin, but most find this section of Downtown the most desirable. Located in the heart of the Rainey Street District, you are just steps away from the trendy bar scene and innovative restaurants/food trucks along Rainey Street. What’s unique about the Rainey Street District are that most of the bars and restaurants have been built within renovated bungalows from the 1920’s and 40s. Some of the best bars in the area include Clive Bar, Icenhauer’s, Container Bar, Bungalow, Lucille’s Patio Lounge and Bar 96. Looking for a bite to eat? Try the homemade sausages at Banger’s. Other Rainey Street favorites include NO VA Bar and Kitchen and the Austin famous food trailer, G’Raj Mahal.
