Legacy Trails is a unique, new master planned community in Dripping Springs. Construction began in 2018 and was completed in 2021. Homes sit on large, ¾-1 ½ acre lots, which is almost unheard of for new construction, even in Dripping Springs. Village Builders (a division of Lennar Homes) built the neighborhood and they kept with the Texas Hill Country modern theme. So, you’ll find sharper angles, whites and greys, stone counters and funky lighting. Outside, you’ll find both a traditional and a more contemporary architecture. The community is surrounded by wooded nature and lots have trees, so you get a Hill Country feel without being too far away from city amenities.
