But, if you’re looking to stay a bit closer to home and like Mexican food, try Verde’s Mexican Parrilla on Hamilton Pool Road. They have pretty good food and a nice outdoor patio. At the Hill Country Galleria you’ll find everything from a fun wine bar at Trading Post Wine Bar and Grill to a unique and upscale restaurant, Zoot to a local bar, Little Woodrow’s. In Lakeway, you’ll find a steak and sushi restaurant, Mizu, as well as Pao’s Mandarin House for Chinese food. Whatever you’re craving, you won’t have to travel very far from Saddletree Ranch to get it.

Shopping near Saddletree Ranch could not be easier now that the Hill Country Galleria has been built. They have several upscale retail stores as well as a movie theater and restaurants. Across the street at the Shops at the Galleria, they have a Target and a Marshalls. They’re also planning to build a Whole Foods there as well, so you’ll have another grocery shopping option with the H-E-B that’s already there.
