First developed in the mid-2000s, Agave is a very progressive and modern East Austin neighborhood. Located just outside of 183, Agave sits atop rolling hills that give some of the homes a view of Downtown Austin for a fraction of the cost of what you’d find closer to Downtown. Homes are finished out with high end appliances, so you get genuine luxury. Recently, InTown Homes took over the development of the neighborhood and is continuing to build high quality, modern homes. The area surrounding Agave is a lot of industrial and open space, but the neighborhood itself feels funky and urban.
