Sunridge Park is an East Austin Neighborhood originally built in the late 1980’s to the mid- 1990’s with some modern new construction mixed in. There is not a lot of uniformity here, as the community has a nice mix of brick ranches, larger 2-story homes, as well as modern farmhouse new construction on Elana Court. What you do get in Sunridge Park is a slightly bigger home (average 1,700 square feet) than most of the neighborhoods in the area. You do not see a lot of flux with the neighborhood, as residents seem rather enamored with the area and would rather renovate/update instead of relocate. Although the community is surrounded by commercial and apartment buildings, Sunridge Park is still very secluded from its urban setting. With hilled lots, tree-lined streets and greenbelt surrounding the neighborhood, Sunridge Park has the feel of the more popular 78704 neighborhoods at a much lower price tag.
