Berry Creek is an established, golf course community in Georgetown. Built through the 1990s and 2000s, Berry Creek homes run the spectrum from your traditional starter home located in the Villages of Berry Creek to a sprawling, luxury home in the Reserve at Berry Creek and everything in between in Berry Creek. David Weekley Homes and Gehan Homes just started a new section, Hidden Oaks at Berry Creek, and features new, garden homes on the north end of the subdivision. This section is located in the Jarrell ISD despite being in Georgetown. Certain sections of Berry Creek (Berry Creek and the Reserve at Berry Creek) require social membership in the country club, while others (Villages of Berry Creek) do not, giving buyers options. Lot sizes also range from a postage stamp size that gives you just a small yard around your home to nearly 2 acres and a few, even larger. You’ll find several builders in the neighborhood from names you’ve heard like Taylor Morrison, Scott Felder, Jimmy Jacobs to the lesser known, custom builders.
