One of Georgetown’s newest communities, Broken Oak sits on 48 acres off Williams Drive just south of Ronald Reagan Blvd in the quickly developing north end of Georgetown. Chesmar Homes and Highland Homes are the two builders in the neighborhood and the first homes sold in 2024. With only 104 in the community at build out, Broken Oak will have some greenbelt space around many of the lots, so residents who want a little extra privacy can get that. The developers have included some community trails in the site plan as well, so home owners can enjoy some time in nature without having to get in their car. For those who want to drive, Jim Hogg Park on Lake Georgetown is just a few minutes away. And, with the new H-E-B planned for the corner of Ronald Reagan and 2338, you’ll only be 5 minutes from the grocery store. Homes range in size from 3-5 bedrooms with 2-4 bathrooms, 2,318 – 3,445 square feet and 2-3 car garages. Architecturally, homes with be a combination of traditional style with all brick facades to the more modern farmhouse look with siding and stone and stucco facades.
