Country Club is an established Georgetown neighborhood situated between Williams Drive and the San Gabriel River. The majority of the homes were built in the 1970s and 1980s, but we do see a few here and there that were built before and after. Homes sit on spacious 1/4-1/3 acre lots, with some as large as an acre. There is also a range in home sizes, with some as small as 1,200 sq ft and others as large as 4,200 sq ft. Residents choose Country Club because of it’s prime location, mature landscaping, spacious lots (some waterfront), architecturally different styled homes and proximity to the best of what Georgetown has to offer. Inside, you’ll find custom floor plans. Some of the homes have been fully remodeled and others are in their more original condition, perfect for someone looking for a blank slate to create a custom home of their own. If you’re looking for an established neighborhood in Georgetown and don’t want to sacrifice proximity to highways, downtown and nature, Country Club is a great place to start your search.
