The Enclave in Georgetown is a very small community of custom built homes on acre plus lots. Because most lots are heavily treed, Enclave homes seem to have more of a ranchy feeling, a feature most home owners love. Also, with homes built in the 2000s, you’ll find finishes like travertine or stained concrete floors, granite counter tops, spacious, open floor plans and high ceilings. Homes range in size from 2,400-4,300 sqft and sit on 1-1 1/3 acre lots. Enclave is appealing to home owners who want a private feel, but don’t want to be too far off a main Road. Williams Drive is located at the entrance of the neighborhood and makes for an easy escape to shopping, errands or commuting.
