Estrella is a small community of 60 acre sized lots with large, luxury custom homes built by Partners in Building and Drees. Purchasing a lot and building was also an option when the neighborhood was first built, so you will find custom homes, though they were required to follow the HOA’s building guidelines, so you will still see some similarities to the homes built by Partners in Building and Drees. Homes range in size from 2,800-5,150 sqft and were built between 2009-2014. The majority of them are one story with 3 car garages. Inside you can expect high end finishes, open floor plans, detail work (moldings, stone work), accent paint, gourmet kitchens with high end appliances and high ceilings. Outside, you’ll find some lots are wooded and others are open, and some of them have their own pools. Estrella is unique in that it is a smaller neighborhood with homes that sit on acreage lots, but also has a community pool, park and basketball and volleyball courts.
