Highcrest Meadow is a DR Horton community located just southwest of Highway 29 and SE Inner Loop. The neighborhood broke ground when Georgetown’s population started to boom, so build out only took 2 years. It was started in 2014 and was complete in 2016. There aren’t many mature trees in the neighborhood, but as the neighborhood grows up, we are seeing the landscaping fill out. Homes range in size from 1,331 sq ft – 2,633 sq ft, giving options for residents in many stages of life. Homes have brick and stone exteriors and are available in one and two story floor plans. Highcrest Meadow is not a large neighborhood, really only a handful of streets. But, it is one of the newer neighborhoods in the area and definitely convenient to downtown Georgetown, Southwestern, 35 and 130, making it ideal for someone who likes Georgetown and but doesn’t want to add 20 minutes to their commute.
