Named after its neighbor, Highcrest Meadow, which wrapped up construction in 2017, Highcrest Meadow West is ideal for someone who wants new construction in Georgetown but also wants to be in an established area. So much of the new homes in Georgetown are built on old pastures, so there isn’t much by way of landscaping. Though Highcrest Meadow West is not known for its tall trees, you do drive through established neighborhoods to get to the neighborhood, so you will see taller trees and shrubs. Homes in Highcrest Meadow West range from 1,535-3,005 square feet, so buyers have options no matter what stage of life they’re in.
