One of Georgetown’s newest communities, Highland Village combines affordability and new construction in a convenient location off Ronald Reagan Blvd. Highland Village is built by two popular Austin area builders, Sittlerle and Pulte. Sitterle is building the majority of the neighborhood and Pulte has a small section. Pulte builds the most affordable product and Sittlerle builds a more upscale product with higher end finishes. Lots range from 45′-60′, so they are manageable for someone who doesn’t want to do much yard work. One and two story homes range from 1,849-3,638 square feet with Pulte and 1,744-3,445 with Sittlerle. Amenities include a playground, half basketball court, open play lawn, pavilion with outdoor game lawn, soccer field, dog park, picnic area and zip line. If you’re looking for a neighborhood with amenities, but don’t want to deal with building for decades, Highland Village is a great place to start your search.
