A small community of homes off Highway 29 in Georgetown, Legend Oaks is often overlooked. Not because it is not a desirable neighborhood, but more because homes rarely come up for sale. The neighborhood is a loop with entrances/exits from Highway 29 and from Wolf Ranch Parkway, making it easier for residents to get in and out (and avoid 29 when it’s busy). Homes sit on larger than average, 1/2 acre lots and many of them are wooded, giving privacy and shade. Homes were built from the mid 1980s to the early 2000s, so you will find a more custom look with few similar floor plans, giving the neighborhood added charm.
