Located north of Highway 29 closer to Lake Georgetown, Lost River Ranches is ideal for someone looking for space between their neighbors. Some of the homes have been completely remodeled and others are in a more original state. The tax rate is low at just over 2%, so it keeps costs down. Plus, horses are allowed, so you don’t have to board them. And, a few lots have creeks, so you’ll have some variety to the topography.
