Built by Ashby Signature homes, Maravilla is a small neighborhood of homes on acre plus lots along the banks of the San Gabriel River in west Georgetown. The community was built in the 2020s, so you’ll see a more modern look to homes with white brick, stone or stucco homes with metal or tile roofs. Though the community is relatively new, the developer has done a great job in keeping as many mature trees as possible, so you don’t get the feeling it’s a brand new community with no mature landscaping. Many of the homes have circle driveways and side entry garages, giving them a much more elegant curb appeal. Maravilla is only one dead end street, so there are only about 15 or so homes. With the dead end street and few homes, you won’t see too much traffic so although there are no sidewalks, you can still walk without having to dodge traffic left and right.
