Large Houston developer, also responsible for Bryson in Leander, has announced they are breaking ground on a 524 acre master planned community in northwest Georgetown in 2023. At build out, Nolina will have 1,335 homes, with some multi family and commercial, making it one of Georgetown’s largest communities. The first phase will be 278 homes ranging in size from 1,400-3,000 sqft and they will be built by Chesmar Homes, Taylor Morrison and Westin Homes. Amenities will include a pool, splash pad, fitness center, playground, event lawn, dog park and pickleball court. As with many new, master planned communities, Nolina will have a director of fun, who will be responsible for planning resident activities.
