The Oaks at Wildwood is one of the more unique active adult communities with an age restriction of 55 or over. Though most active adult communities feature single family homes, the Oaks at Wildwood is one of the few that have true condominium style living. Though condos, they all still have garages, which is one of the reasons they are so desirable. Units are attached and most of them share a garage wall, so noise from neighbors is minimal. HOA dues are $454/month as of June 2022 and they include all water, sewer, roof maintenance, outside maintenance and insurance, pool and pond maintenance, streets and streetlights as well as access to community heated pool and clubhouse (more detailed info below). The complex was built in the late 2000’s to early 2010’s, so floor plans are open and often have even been updated once already. If you’re looking for low maintenance living in a 55 or over community and don’t want to deal with exterior homeowner maintenance, the Oaks at Wildwood is a great place to start your search.
