Being a cul-de-sac, you won’t get much traffic other than residents and visitors. Homes sit on tree covered, acre lots, giving residents a feel of seclusion and privacy without sacrificing proximity to Georgetown, Austin and other city amenities. There is no HOA in Ridgewood Estates, making it ideal for someone who wants to store their boat or RV at their property. And, some of the homes come with boat/RV parking already setup. Homes were built in the 1990s and they are all one story with 1,800-2,800sqft of living space. Finish outs range from original condition to updated, with the majority of them in original condition.
