River Place Estates is a small, gated community of acreage (10+) estates in east Georgetown. Parcels are large, so you feel like you’re in the country even though you are only a few minutes drive from 130. Some of the parcels back to the San Gabriel River, giving them some pretty views when the water is flowing. This section of east Georgetown is surprisingly wooded, which is not something you typically find out there. Luckily, these parcels do have some mature tree coverage which provides shade and privacy. Others are not wooded, giving more space for grazing, outbuildings and other structures. Many of the estates already have barns, party barns, casitas and workshops, giving residents more than just a house.
