Built in the 1980s and 1990s in south Georgetown off Leander Road, River Ridge is one of Georgetown’s more established communities. Homes are on the larger side for homes of that time period, with most of them between 2,300-3,300 sqft. Lots are also on the larger side at 1/4-1/2 acre, giving plenty of space between you and your neighbor. Residents are drawn to the tree lined streets and privacy that mature landscaping provides and pride of ownership is evident as you drive through the neighborhood. The city of Georgetown maintains a public pool near the entrance to the neighborhood, River Ridge Pool, so you’ll essentially have access to a community pool without having to pay high HOA dues. There is an HOA, but dues are less than $200/year as of July 2022.
