Riverstone is another neighborhood built between the San Gabriel River and Highway 29. Built exclusively by Scott Felder Homes, Riverstone is made up of about eight streets with some greenbelt, open space and a detention pond. Currently in its first phase, the west side of the neighborhood is being developed. One and two story floor plans range from 2,566-4,091 square feet, all with 3 car garages and 80′ wide lots. Outside you can expect a range of styles from something a little more traditional with stone and stucco to something a little more modern with contemporary garage doors and angled roofs. There will be a trail system in the neighborhood near the river, so you won’t have to go far to experience nature. And, with the low tax rate, it’s perfect for someone who wants to put more of their monthly payment into the mortgage versus taxes.
