Saddlecreek is a large, master planned community located in southeast Georgetown. At build out, there will be 830 single family homes, 230 cluster homes and 150 townhomes. The first homes in Saddlecreek were built in 2017 and building continues today (February 2025), though likely will be nearing the end of the build out soon. Saddlecreek is unique in that it is one of the few neighborhoods with single and multi-family homes under the same HOA. Typically when developers have multiple options, they separate them.
