Home are on the smaller side ranging from 1,432-3,300 sqft, though most of them are 2,300 sqft or smaller. There are only a few larger homes. The majority of the homes are custom, but Buffington, Bobby Frederickson and Jimmy Jacobs built a few in the mid 1990s to complete the neighborhood. The neighborhood is small, with only a few streets, and it does have some duplexes towards the front of the neighborhood on Luther Drive. You can expect stone or brick exteriors, some with all sides and others three sides and the rear has HardiPlank paneling. Because the neighborhood is several decades old, you will find mature landscaping and tall trees, a features that attracts many of the residents who end up living in Sierra Vista. Plus, the neighborhood has no HOA, so owners have fewer restrictions on what they can do with their properties.
