In addition, there are also plans to build the Cowan Creek Amenity Complex which will include golf facilities, resort pool and spa, 6,000sqft covered pavilion, 1/4 mile walking track and 200 seat ampitheater. The multi purpose building will include indoor walking track, 6 multi-purpose rooms, Fitness Center and locker rooms, aerobics studio, golf pro shop, limited use kitchen, sunroom gathering areas and large outdoor porch. They are also adding an additional 8 miles of trails.
