Twin Springs is a custom home neighborhood build over several decades from the 1990s to 2010s. Homes are truly custom, so you won’t get the cookie cutter vibe here. The majority sit on 1.5-2.5 acre lots, though you’ll find some lots as small as an acre and others as large as 7.5 acres. Twin Springs is an equestrian neighborhood, so you’ll even find some of the homes have a roping arena and horse facilities already built. There is no HOA, so if you need RV parking, an extra garage, barn or other structures, getting that done will be a lot less of a headache. And, the tax rate is below 2%, so you’ll keep your costs down substantially versus some other Georgetown neighborhoods.
