Built by popular Georgetown builder, Novak, Twin Springs Preserve is a small neighborhood on Highland Spring Lane and Willow Hill Drive. Named for the green space directly adjacent, Twin Springs Preserve (sometimes known as Highland Springs Endangered Species Preserve), homes on the north side of the neighborhood have preserve land in their backyards. The 24 homes in the neighborhood were built in 2017 and 2018 and have a farmhouse or stone/stucco architectural design, making them look more modern than other new homes. Twin Springs Preserve homes range in size from 2,230-4,092 square feet, giving a range of options for potential home owners.
