Located just north of Teravista, Vista Vera residents feel more like they are living in Round Rock than Georgetown. Built between 2018 and early 2021 by Meritage Homes and Ashton Woods Homes, Vista Vera was popular from the start. It’s prime location at the very south end of Georgetown, easy access to 35, Round Rock shopping and dining and Georgetown prices and it is no wonder Vista Vera sold out quickly. There is a new section of duplexes being built by Homes by Avi at the front end of the community and is expected to break ground in 2021. This section will have a completely different feel from the single family section, but is another option for someone who wants new construction in Vista Vera but missed their chance with the single family homes. Homes range from 1,459-3,322 sqft and sit on manageable sized lots between 0.14 and 0.20 acres. Both builders are known for a more modern style finish out, so you will have years before your home feels dated. Home exteriors are a combination of brick or stone and stucco, so there is some architectural dimension. Plus, there are several different elevations, so not every home will look similar.
