West Ridge is a neighborhood of semi custom homes mixed with manufactured homes on 1/2 acre lots in northwest Georgetown. Built over the last two and a half decades, you have houses that range in architectural style, size and finish out. The smallest home is 1,200 sqft and the largest home is nearly 5,500sqft so there are options for someone in every stage of life. And, the manufactured homes offer a much more affordable option for someone who wants to live in Georgetown on a large lot, but doesn’t want to pay what it would take to have a traditional home on that lot. The area around the neighborhood is being developed quickly so you don’t feel as far out of town as you did 15 years ago when the neighborhood first broke ground. Parmer Ranch, a large master planned community is coming to nearby Ronald Reagan and 2388 will bring thousands of homes and likely more shopping and restaurants.
