As the crow flies, it is only a few miles from Lake Georgetown and residents have access to the Lake Georgetown Trails through Lakeside at Lake Georgetown, the neighborhood directly behind Woodlake. Located just north of the intersection of Shell Rd and Williams Rd, Woodlake residents enjoy easy access to H-E-B, as well as the shopping and restaurants in the shopping center. Woodlake homes range in size from 1,482-3,743 sqft, with the majority being on the larger side. The majority of the exteriors are brick and stone with HardiPlank rears, but some are nearly all stucco.
