Young Ranch is a small neighborhood made up of one street of homes built in the 1990s. Homes sit on 2-10 acre lots, with the majority in the 2-5 acre range. Horses are allowed, so you’ll even find some homes already have barns or equestrian facilities. Floor plans range from a 2,000 sqft family home to a 5,000sqft+ luxury estate, so there really is no “typical Young Ranch home”. And, that’s a lot of what gives Young Ranch it’s charm. It’s far from cookie cutter, so you really have an opportunity to make your property your own. Plus, it’s only a few minutes from Lake Georgetown, so if you want space, like horses and want to be near the lake, Young Ranch could not be a better choice.
