Schools are important if you have school aged kids, but are also an important factor in predicting home values. Historically homes in better school districts have held their values better than homes in inferior districts. If schools are important in your home search and you’re looking in Cedar Park, you might be overwhelmed with your choices. You have to go to several sources to get school ratings, then find neighborhoods in your price range. The frustrating part is the info is inconsistent, especially with the new Texas school ratings. To help you narrow down your search, we’ve come up with a list of the Top 10 most affordable Cedar Park neighborhoods with the best schools.

How Did We Determine the Quality of Schools?
To consistently compare schools, we used school ratings from GreatSchools.org. To be included in the neighborhood list, Elementary and Middle Schools had to be rated at least a 6/10 and High Schools had to be rated at least 7/10.
How Did We Determine Average and Median Price and Size Data and School Ratings?
We used sold data from ACTRIS for the past year (5/1/2021-4/30/2022). School ratings are GreatSchools ratings as of June 2024.
