Serene Hills is one of Lakeway’s premier, luxury master planned communities. Of the 456 acres spanning the community, only 114 of them are going to be open to development. At right around 300 homes, lots are at least 1/3 of an acre and some are over 2 acres. The remaining 342 acres are undeveloped, reserved land with hike and bike trails for residents to explore. Homes range from affordable luxury to multi million dollar estates. Many of the homes are built by custom builders, so you have a better chance at being able to make changes to your home and have the builder put in a pool.
