With access off 183, 71 and 35, Colorado Crossing has many access points to get to Downtown Austin. Construction started in the early 2000’s and continues today, making it an ideal choice for someone looking for either an established looking neighborhood or something brand new. Colorado Crossing is also one of the few neighborhoods to put solar panels on homes, which attracts both the budget conscious and eco-friendly buyer. There are no community amenities, but most residents prefer to keep it that way since they are only about 18 minutes from the best of Downtown Austin.
