This list gave you a list of neighborhoods where you are more likely to find a home that’s $300k or less. However, it’s not going to be the only places. My recommendation if you’re looking for a home in and around Austin and your budget is $300k, cast a wide net. Determine where you can be geographically and search the entire area.
