Located off Limmer Loop just east of 1660, Carol Meadows is one of Hutto’s smaller communities. Built in the mid 2010s by Castlerock, Choice Homes, Gray Pointe Homes, Saratoga Homes and Scott Homes, Carol Meadows homes sit on larger than average lots ranging from 0.15-0.25 acres. Homes range in size from 1,328-3,004sqft. The neighborhood has sidewalks on all streets and a few small trees, typically one small tree in every yard. Homes are mostly brick exteriors with some HardiPlank siding, though you will also find a few homes with stone. There is no HOA in Carol Meadows making it one of the few neighborhoods in Hutto where you can find a newer home with no HOA restrictions. With no HOA comes no community pool or amenities, but there are several parks and city amenities nearby, making it a perfect choice for someone who would prefer more freedom to do what they want with their properties than a park or pool within walking distance.
